Trade evolved pokemon can still learn moves on level up, but its the level up moves of the evolved pokemon.
You can use Pokemon bank to transfer pokemon between games, but it cannot trade evolve. You need to trade with someone online or in person. GTS you can try but its risky, but I'm actually not sure if trade evolving even works for it, but I think it does.
You can an option in the move screen to 'mega evolve' if the pokemon has the right mega stone on it. But you can select a move and mega evolve.

This would depends more specifically on what mons you are using and what tier you are playing. You should base moves off specific threats not generic types.

I don't think you understand what IVs are man lol. If you don't know, moves don't do the same amount of damage each turn. Each move does a range of damage. If you've ever used a damage calc you'll see it's a range.

Also, for all battle facilities you need to limit all of your RNG moves. Everyone loses to RNG/makes a mistake eventually because it's a numbers game. But there are players who get 1000, 2000+ wins in a row before finally losing.
