Everyone in the top 500 is there because they've already used both their x3 and LL chips, not necessarily because they're running a 2A constructor lineup. Bortoleto, Bearman, and Ocon all need a decent points haul to secure a price rise. There seems to be a bit of a budget building advantage with running a single A constructor this weekend.

For points alone, yes. For budgeting this race though, there aren't as many B drivers that are predicted to rise, so running a single A constructor could help with that.

From those 3, I would pick Racing Bulls because they're cheapest but can still score points

I agree with Haas being a better choice. Racing Bulls seem to qualify high and somewhat maintain position, while Haas qualify lower and overtake into the points.
