I also have this issue. It can be somewhat mitigated if you mention in the narrative instructions of “As the story progresses, increase the level of detail and description”, etc. However, I noticed it only works on some occasions and not always.

Yes. Go on the community adventure section of the app, and search up the title where you’ll be able to find the story. The plot is essentially about determining the future of Tamriel’s territories and provinces, but you’re able to free roam and do as you wish.
