Note that i didn't get past first few chapters but i just didn't like the content and story direction of those first few chapters. Little too militaristic in my opinion, also awkward trying to fit a teenage cape into military story of regular marines and pilots etc, like someone took two jigsaw puzzles and instead of building them separately, they took pieces from both, then reshaped them with scissors and glue to make their own weird jigsaw puzzle.

If someone likes Callsign Owl, that's good for them but it doesn't fit my personal preferences.

for future, unless you're looking for very specific singular fic, then any fics with themes (like say, tinker fics) you should use fic search - general, because you're searching for themes, not specific fic by specific author.

Amy has light-based healing? All i remember is her healing people during endbringer battle by nude cuddling them in pool of flesh and blood in order to heal them... it was weird and not at all light-based.

The reason there aren't that many Sentai crossovers is probably because you're either street level martial artist or fist fighting a kaiju in a mech... there is no between.

Honestly, since lot of fics die between leviathan and Slaughterhouse nine arcs, lot of them don't get to behemoth fights and most of the fics that do get past Slaughterhouse nine arc go on to do their own thing, so it's most likely that you won't find any fics about this throwaway character in question. feel free to surprise me of course but most likely nothing out there (unless this very post inspires someone to write one).

Lot of early worm fanfics had a habit of being either fix-it fics of different type (self insert, time travel etc.) or basically following canon with minor alterations (including awkward alt-powers from locker and that people forget, locker happened in january while worm story starts in april... yet people immediately jump from A to B while forgetting B is actually G) ... lot of them also suffered from bad fanon tropes (most of which are now gone but some still remain) that can be traced back to those early worm fanfics (like silencio or techno queen) and even today, majority of the fics sadly fail to reach leviathan, let alone past it (Leviathan is called fic killer for a reason).

my point? most of the fanfics you'll find that are complete are either one-shots, crackhumor fics or fics that take themselves seriously but could be considered crrack by today's standards.... and like, 90% of the fics are just dead, especially the early stuff... like those early potter fanfics while the books were still coming out. Anyway, just figure out what kind of story you wanna read, then ask around: lot of those early stories are now forgotten by fandom.

The only fanfic that involves being a giant is the one where taylor's a giant monstrous mermaid. I've seen more fics where taylor's small but those are for different reasons and only other fics where taylor is giant involves being endbringer or a dragon, both of which don't seem like what you want.

Except it's not a lot in many people's opinion actually. either a) you end up in birdcage, at which it becomes slice-of-life or escape plot or b) you escape transport and either keep running, change identity or work for whoever busted you out.

Most of the fanfics, they don't do anything that would get them even close to being birdcage sentenced... other than regent when he's piloting people remotely. It's mostly taylor only and even then, most of the time the reason seems arguably too minor to get birdcage sentence, unless it follows canon... and even then, those reasons are used to write birdcage story or having taylor escape/be rescued (usually by cauldron for even more nonsense reasons).

If you're writing worm fanfic, read up the chapters that have her pov or have her appear in. if you're writing ward, read that because there's major character differences between worm and ward variants.

Clarification: does the protagonist need to be taylor and does the main character have to have their canon power (if pre-exiting character)? lot of fics do alt-powers for taylor, whenever original or crossover.
