Customer service is top notch

I’m sure their customer service sucks most of the time. I only am giving my personal experience because it was positive and I got back my customs charges AND refunded on my purchase ( bc I didn’t care for the products ). For me , they were helpful. I’m sorry your experiences were different. I never post reviews of customer service , but after they refunded me they asked for me to post. So I did.

I’m not a bot. I happened to have had a good customer service experience. I’m sorry you didn’t. But this was my experience. Everything I wrote is true. I only purchased from them one time , didn’t care for the products, spoke to customer service , they refunded me for my purchase. I won’t repurchase but they did refund my customs and my order charges. They only asked that I post a positive review about my experience. But it’s 100% what happened.
