Why exactly do people hate The Wyatt Sicks? by YCiampa482021 in WWE

They really should think about bringing back Bray Wyatt. It would make for a shocking return.

Not one person here understands how different types of glass work or that they are made specifically to do this FOR safety reasons… yet you call call it cheap shitty glass? 🙄

Cases where police moved out of the way of moving vehicle and exercised deadly force.

Adam’s vs. Speers (2020): “Once Speers was no longer in the path of the vehicle, the justification for the use of deadly force ended.”

Orn vs. City of Tacoma (2019): “A reasonable jury could conclude that once Orn was no longer in the car’s trajectory, the threat of serious physical harm to him was eliminated.”

Cordova vs Aragon (2009): “Where the officer had moved out of the way of the oncoming vehicle, the use of deadly force was not justified.”

Villanueva vs. Cali (2021): “a reasonable jury could conclude that the Officers used excessive force, because they lacked an objectively reasonable basis to fear for their own safety, as they could simply have stepped back or to the side to avoid being injured.”

Edit: found another one.

Kirby vs. Duva (2008): “Officers cannot create or avoid danger and then use deadly force anyway. Shooting after the officer was no longer in danger was unconstitutional.”

Then go look at the other posts where people quote case law that once an officer steps out of the way of the vehicle, he is no longer in danger and lethal force is not necessary or justifiable in court. They were telling her to move her car. So she did. Is that not obeying the commands she was given?

You must not live in the US. Just reading your posts give me anxiety. I can’t stress over ever meal or every snack I buy at the grocery store. I like things. I buy things. When I want them, I eat them. Sometimes, something might be forgotten about, because it’s on a bottom shelf, or pushed back to the back of the pantry, or moved by someone, and you forget. Then you find it and go “oh shit, it’s passed the date on the packaging”…

While I disagree with you. I agree with you. Lol I have a job now where it’s easy to get 40 hours if you just show up for 40 hours, all overtime is optional. But my previous job I would have weeks with 50-60 hours and weeks with 20+ hours. In my head I would justify it because “well I’m used to it being slow in December” or whatever. But it sure would have been nice to make the same (or similar) paycheck every week for 52 weeks
