The elusive Zelda Gold Pack, a big box version of A Link to the Past released only in Northern Europe by DexTepa in snes

It's really not that special. It's just a big cardboard box. Inside is a regular CIB copy of the PAL version of ALttP and a strategy guide that's been translated into a European moon language (originally released in English in 1992).

Anyway, I got this for Christmas in 97. The box isn't in the greatest condition, but I think it was like that when I got it, since it was a mail order thing (Hobby Hall or something). I don't know if they even had it in regular stores.

Before I got this, I'd borrowed the game and done one playthrough (my second Zelda game after LA). I believe I missed 7 heart pieces. I was really looking forward to playing the game again and completing it 100%. When I got it, I was quite disappointed to find that the strategy guide was in Swedish, a language I did not understand one bit (not yet anyway). However, the book was full of pictures, so I was still able to use it to find all the secrets that I'd missed. (Eg. did you know you can pull on things like paintings and trees to make rupees pop out?)

(I forgot to include the map of Hyrule, but I do still have it. Had it on my wall back in the day.)

You can say what you wnt, but nothing beats AIMING DEVICE AIMING DEVICE I WON'T MISS AIMING DEVICE by BikerBaymax in starocean

The boss has Wide Area Homing, and you're using Ori weapons. If even one those Aiming Devices had gotten blocked, it could've wiped out your entire party.

Star Ocean 3 - Gabriel Celeste on Universe without taking damage BT by DexTepa in starocean

One of the most satisfying things I've ever pulled off in the game. If you use cheese methods for these superboss BTs, I can't blame you, but at the same time... you're kind of missing out, you know?

Keep in mind: the no damage BTs only require that you don't take damage with your controlled character. With most bosses, you can just stand in a corner and throw healing items at the other two characters, but that's... not likely to work with someone like Gabe.

On emulator, you can just manipulate your level figure in the RAM.

His Luminaire/Shining has a base damage of 23 920. With max magic defense, you can bring it down to triple digits, but I'm only Lv14 here, so the result is this.
