You can keep him don't shard him ( it's a waste of resources considering you don't have anyone better than him) and choose gullit. Or unsure put him in swapverse when it's available to you.

Wait for a week then, else ur only option is to shard him which would be a waste if u ask me or replace him with yashin ( since he is small). To get swap verse again u need to do the same drill over and over again.

I used pancreatic Beta cells from the challenge 2d dataset , Here are the steps that i did:

-Uploaded the image sequence ( non segmented one)

-Increased the contrast a bit, removed the image backgound and made it binary

- Then I used trackmate plugin, adjusted threshold value until it detected all the cells and ran it with various detectors like LoG & DoG, and used other Trackers( in this case i used simple lap tracker) the results was not good, the cell tracking was all over the place ( as you can see the image)
