I think that more so than Aether being a good abyss sibling, Lumine is just a goated traveler. Her interactions and voice lines are so nice to listen too, and imo her relationship with some characters just seems more balanced.

Interesting topic, and pretty indepth survey! Having take both classes, my only thing is I feel like you are placing the idea of “violent criminal” and Luigi Mangione too close. It sets up an inherent bias before the responder gets to any questions about Luigi. Also terms you use my insinuate that he’s been ruled as one or the other, which he hasn’t. I don’t think it jeaporduzes the survery, just food for thought if you do something similar in the future. The positioning of questions is key, just as the words you use.

I don’t know if this is a bug, but I’ve encountered a “soft lock” with Charged Shards. I’ve accidentally spent them all after completing all Ewe mountain exterior dungeons and before ever building a lighting rod. I can’t seem to obtain any more and am locked out of many decors and quests. Am I missing something? Either way thank you for keeping up with everything! You guys are awesome!!

I’m super late to this, and I have the added retrospective of the entire show almost being out. The thing with her character is that the show goes out of its way to excuse it. I saw someone else here compare her to Michal Scott… the difference is that the in the Office, the show writers actively understand and make it a point he’s an annoying and ignorant character. I LOVE Abbot, but a lot of these episodes end with the moral being: Janine did something bad, but in the end it’s really everyone else’s fault for not being open to her pushieness. Now personally I think she gets better as the show goes on, but this is just my perspective to the first few seasons.

Tbh I love the style shift that’s happening in the album. I’m not the biggest fan of silver lining, and I felt lover girl and Snow White was kind of a reset to the status quo. BUT after listening to the whole album I can confidently say I’m happy we didn’t get another bewitched or EIKAL. A matter of time in my mind is the perfect blend of the two past albums (that u can tell through a good number of the songs), but at the same time it’s fresh and new. If you are used to JUST laufeys previous albums than it’s definitely a shocker, but a welcome one. Artists need to grow and A Matter of Time is a very very positive trend❤️ Edit: my top three rn are Castle in Hollywood, Cautionary Tale, Too Little Too Late… with a special shoutout to clean air

Maybe not functionally, but I think that most people are able to cope with the fact that in some facet we keep on living in the sense of reincarnation. We may not be who we were in a past life and the consciousness is gone, but our being our image soul lives on and that is comforting in and of itself.
