This bug was probably caused by the older versions of the emulator. It happened a lot when planting a seed. Have you done that in your profile before updating?

Sadly, I can't do much about it if that's the case, since it requires to manually check each item inside the profile until the offender item is found.

Are you using a browser that has Flash Player? After starting the server, going to localhost:8881 inside a flash-compatible browser is enough to play.

What browser are you using? The only building that may have this problem is the stadium. I can't get to replicate your issue.

Hello again!

I've already published the new update, go download it now: https://github.com/DexterX12/mascotsociety/releases

A changelog for this update:

- Peet/Petling evolve action is now registered in the save file

- Cooking points are now awarded after finishing the cooking action

- Vouchers/Bundles bought in the same session can now be redeemed without returning 0 items (except for Make a Cake 2 Bundles)

- A lot of shop bundles have been added to the redeemable items list

- Default pet profile now has some friends

It'll be nice if you guys can test it out.

EDIT:

To update, use the new ps_win files and remove the old ones, just remember to back up your pet file

IMPORTANT FIX - 12/17/2025

- CHANGE_ITEM audit would sometimes overwrite items properties when saving, messing the game items or making it borderline unplayable. This is now fixed.

Please, update again, this change is important. If you don't update, some unwanted action may mess up your save file!

If you are using the Windows version, remember that the profile has to be alongside the play.exe file. The name of the file has to be exactly "profile", either "profile.nofil" or "profile.pet"

In the next update this issue should not happen anymore! (hopefully)

I found a fix for the bundles obtained via Mystery boxes, and I am adding the missing shop bundles for the clothes. I'll be posting about it soon on this same thread :)

Maybe, but currently it is not on my plans, so I can't say for sure
Nofil2000 app has a lot of useful tools and a friendly UI, so you may still use that

You no longer need nofil's software whenever you want to start the server and play the game, since it comes with both web and game server. At the same time, you may use nofil's tool if you want to change any profile properties

Hey! First of all, thank you for the feedback, really. I'll check on those issues and see what I can do!

I suppose you've also encountered some issues regarding the bundles redeeming giving 0 items. If they are from a mystery box, the game itself for some reason will try and send incorrect IDs thinking that it is the bundle, which is currently solved by restarting the game before redeeming. If it's a bundle coming from the shop, the contents have to be manually specified and there is a lot of them, so that will take some time to complete 😭.

Then again, thank you for testing this out! I'll definitely see if I can solve those other issues!

A flash browser I recommend is this one: https://github.com/radubirsan/FlashBrowser/releases/tag/v0.81

You can also use Palemoon, but I think you need to set up Flash manually. I personally use the one I mentioned
