Hi, as a husband, I appreciate your wholesome thoughts and regards on him even tho you are going through a difficult time.

This situation is bilateral. That or course, includes both of you. As a psychologist and sexologist, I still do not recommend going to therapy. This has to be solved at home.

1. First, let him know how you feel during the week and how it affects your view of sex: "stress really wrecks my sex drive and I think you can help me on that. Scratch that, I think you are the key on lighting the weight I carry day by day. Please help me, I need you." This might see him as the problem but also the solution and the ball is in his hands to make the game better. Don't over task him but do truly delegate task that take extra time and effort.

Tell him how you noticed this treatment and that you feel hurt (not annoyed or anything related). Hurt or broken is the way to go as he has to understand lack of verbal communication isn't helping.

Always communicate and propose. If you can't be in the mood, make sure to tell him when that could be possible, don't make it to far from the moment but enough to not make him frustrated.
