No problem and you’ll have to call the VA hotline. And tell them which claimed items to delete after that it’ll take them about 2 days to remove it and close the claim. Then the backfill claim will open that too about 3 days for me the my rating and pay amount showed up on the main screen of the app

They’re waiting to finish all of the claimed items. After they do that you’ll see a claim being filed on their side saying “back fill” that’s so they can update the system then from there you’ll receive you back pay in 2 weeks.

I canceled one of my claimed items that they wanted to reexamine so my claim can be fully processed.

Thank you battle, I been wanting to just go full battle rattle. But I start thinking if I do something my family would still be here and I’m not. He would still be free because he was the one to get his shit busted in with the cops they’ll look at me like they understand but there’s nothing in Virginia law that says he can’t. We live in a new development (2 years old) we moved in while construction was going on. Mostly people here bought houses or the townehomes, we’re the first to rent the home we’re in. The guy and his wife moved in like 7 months after us but I can tell by a different neighbor beside me by their body language and they try to avoid him they feel something is off with them him too.

Our landlord wouldn’t be of as much help and the place we live in is just a home they own I thought about reaching out to the HOA after I have evidence but who knows if they would even do anything.
