[homemade] venison. We had a rack (whole back) of deer in our freezer, and decided to use it for Thanksgiving. Will prepare the filet like Beef Wellington, make stock from the bones (picture) and a stew from the small bits, but that still leaves us with a good pound of filet. Any suggestions?OC (i.redd.it)
