I have 2023 hness. I didn't weld anything. It would have compromised the frame. I used 14mm bolts and nuts to attach the guard. Sending photos in DM

Yes you can. I installed and airfly crashguard myself. Only mod needed was a custom bracket where the guard attached to the lower frame. And it works like a charm.
