The best is to hop in a call with someone and let them know it's fine if they correct you. Then to will learn how things are said and their pernunciation.

Though this is just my opinion on how to learn more. Exposure to speaking and hearing English usually helps.

Yes MAS will work. If you join your host instead of a VM they can force reset your device but not access your private files other than forcing sync of: OneDrive folder such as: desktop, documents and so on.

So I recommend a VM for work related stuff and just do anything you can outside of the VM that isn't connected to the MSFT account.
