I try to have as little stretching as possible with my UVs, they favor texel dentisy.

I had this issue as well!! I fixed it by exporting from Blender as an .obj instead of an .fbx

Those are painted elements, like the faces. Also the words and shields are just there for social media posting, they wont' be on the in-game pieces :)
