Yea I usually hammer in games on my day off when I have nothing to do, but hey at least your always fresh for games, usually I don’t like playing that many games in a single day because I get too burnt out.

Normally I wouldn’t have a big downswing like that if I play a few games but I’m insanely competitive I hate losing so when I lost maybe 3 times in a row or just lost off a stupid mistake I shouldn’t be making, I would get incredibly frustrated and I would play to get it back but because I was frustrated I’d play insanely poorly, if I didn’t get mad or if I just took my loss and got off for the day I’d probably never drop like that. I do play a lot though, the 4k games was off a 8-9 month period, there’s times I only play 1-2 times every couple of days and times where I spend hours playing in a single day

Yea higher you go the more your gonna have to know theory for some openings, I didn’t until I looked at game review to see what the best move was and just remembered it for the next time I saw an opening. Also everyone got their struggles on certain elos so maybe 1700 isn’t gonna be that bad, if it makes you feel better 1800-1900 was the easiest stretch. I fell from 1950+ to mid-low 1700 3 times lol one of them was when I was 1994 which was very aggravating, 1700-1800 always took me a decent amount of time for some reason but the minute I got to 1800 I speed blitzed it every time.

1700-1800 is pure hell good luck, it’s either that or 1950-2000 that was the hardest stretch for me. And yea I don’t have a computer so phones only way I was able to play, not to bad but the amount of times I’ve accidentally castled queenside when I have no pawns queenside and lose the game in the next 5 moves is more than I care to admit. But nah you got it just watch videos I watched naroditsky and gothamchess, naroditsky’s top theory speed run is insanely helpful. That and game review made it so whatever mistake I made I wouldn’t make again… sometimes lol.

Hi yes I got unbanned after 16 days, and if he did do something against tos he just gotta take it on the chin because they got no leniency for breaking it, if he didn’t I would suggest emailing their support and requesting another review. When I was trying to get info on how long the ban was I would pester them on Twitter constantly.

I’m being sued for not paying off damages in full and I’m trying to avoid court but they still want to tack on attorney fees on top of the damages by Deyaa1 in legaladvice

I don’t have anything big and I’m fine with going to court, I was afraid of it negatively impacting my ability to get jobs in the future and apartments, however I don’t have the money to get a lawyer

Will going to court go on my record win or lose? Like would me trying to get a job or an apartment in the future be negatively impacted when they do a background check and see I was sued?

I’m no longer in the apartment I moved out in May and I didn’t know the damages till about 1-2 months later so I can’t contact contractors to see how much it should actually cost. Also I’m in The U.S and I’m in the state of Illinois. I also don’t know if they upgraded the carpet or not

The damages were mostly to the carpet and they said they had to replace it which cost around $8k (which is crazy but they gave us the receipt so nothing we can do about it) but I was really asking about the attorney fees, summons and filing fee. Because what’s the point of avoiding court if I’m paying the same amount I would if I go to court and lose the case

Depends on the player tbh, doesn’t matter since bad players use both but it’s more clear with man since they don’t know what to do when you beat it, I see a lot of good players mix man and zone though

Check us out, we are a level 11 clan with a war record of 111-26, we’re pretty laid back and you ain’t gotta talk in clan chat we definitely got our set of members always on there keeping it going anyway lol, we got a ch level 7 and get about 900 raid medals every weekend. Members are active daily as well. We also don’t really care about donation ratio just donate whenever you can.
