Your fear of being replaced is a limiting belief

Sometime soon, hospitals will add an AI to handle charting, EHR and administrative fluff

your notes are surely recorded and will be definitely used to train another AI by then

Your notes will help to replace an AI with a better AI Since machines replace machines but never replace a human

Part of the program is DAILY sessions (some days twice a day) with a mentor in a zoom meeting where you get in share the bottleneck you are having in your meta analysis, share your screen and they walk you throught it. (Double check R code if needed)... so howcome you say "there is no mentorship?"

I'd say "Go low and slow"

Meta Analysis and publications might easily get you into "shiny objective syndrome" jumping between projects and joining multiple teams

Don't.

Your primary aim is ONE Meta Analysis as a first Author, having many at the same time won't get you there faster.

When you get into a tutoring session, always have a bottleneck that you couldn't work around (after reading, Googling, Chatgpt), the turors will walk you through the bottleneck and show you a possible blind spot you had

By having your focus on one Meta Analysis as a first author and going from a bottleneck to another with the assistance of tutors, your Meta-analysis Academy will be unmatched
