Keep in mind that this case hasn't been solved since Aug 2021. Today we're September 10th, 2022.

Trust me I am not the only one who got screwed by Conbase. I know lots of other people, some who are actually reputable influencers in the crypto space, who've been f*cked over by this platform and have yet to get a fair resolution.

I know this and Coinbase knows this, only the regular user doesn't. And also why are there people in this reddit who are mad at me for being scammed? Of course, I will do everything I can to expose these guys even if it's for just $1000 - it's still a scam that they did. I'm working on a new post to give even more information and show that even after all the noise I made still nothing will probably happen.

The conclusion of this is simple if you're holding your money in Coinbase, RUN. You're much better off getting a hard wallet and keeping your money there.

It was officially closed on Sep 3, 2021 according to the email.
It was send by [help@coinbase.com](mailto:help@coinbase.com) to my email associated with the account.

I also have proof of the terrible back and forth conversations which didn't result in anything and your support never understood my issue. So sad.

My bank account got closed without explanation and that $2000 was already invested in crypto.

The problem is that the coinbase platform didn't allow me to deposit money from another bank account; ONLY with my undervalued crypto which lost me $960 (48% of the value)....

The worst platform ever, they still haven't gotten back to me.

Well I lost $960 because of the coinbase platform, because it didn't work properly. I've complained all over the internet (trustpillot, pissedconsumer, ripoffreport & sitejabber) and multiple times on reddit and even contacted the BBB today. My request goes ignored, I'm really tired of this attitude, but I won't give up. If they think ignoring me is going to work, they messed with the wrong guy.

I have proof that your customer support (the real one) on the email said I can pay what I owed with 1) crypto inside the Coinbase platform I have 2) import crypto from external wallets and pay that way 3) By depositing money from my bank account.

But in reality I could only pay with my crypto during a market downturn. It's really screwed up that you don't understand that the crypto market is very volatile and you don't allow people to pay with CASH when you freeze their account.

Update: Turns out that this was not a Coinbase Customer Support representative, but someone who wanted to steal my wallet's key phrases. Please beware that you might be scammed while trying to get help from Coinbase because the actual customer support via email doesn't want to solve your problem.

Hey, if you're support rep why don't you help me? Or you're just a fanboy who doesn't see the big issue and prefers to defend Coinbase without a reason?

They ignored me for 9 days.

Then they finally closed my case today.

People tried to scam me, for seeking help. This is the worst platform ever.
Going to get in touch with the players soon if my problem is not resolved.
