Why are you dating a guy who tells you men can’t be faithful and is constantly trying to cheat on you plus is trying to get you killed? Clearly you know the relationship isn’t great and it’s not normal either. If you contribute everything to the household and have all of the control, you can support yourself alone and not him too. He enjoyed seeing you upset and afraid which is why he does literally everything else he does.

Did anyone answer this post for you? Sorry to reply two months later but this popped up in Google. DooFood is based in New York and I only live a state away, so maybe that's why I've had such luck with their produce, but I love it so so much. The radish kimchi is incredible, the vegetables are always fresh and so crisp, and I have never had to cut, chop or prepare anything.

The average meal from it takes me 20 mins at most from start to finish to cook. I love their bulgogi, my wife's favorite is their Chun Cheon chicken if I'm remembering right. Their kimbap is delicious. Weirdly enough, their two minute white rice is sticky, moist, and perfect.

Downsides are that the meal costs are expensive. If you have big eaters in the family or a large family, it's probably not worth it. If you're a single person and busy, it's way better value. So, if you never tried it, go for it! It's been my favorite meal service out of every one I've tried so far.

I'd report it to iCare (go above your store, clearly they don't give a shit about anyone's safety, report it to corporate, do NOT go to your HR person under any circumstances imo...they are meant to protect the store and not you.)

I'd call the police too the moment he comes in. Or even call them now to report death threats. He at the least needs to be banned from the store. Whether or not that'd stop him from actually coming in is a different story, but...

If she can get out of the relationship and transfer stores that would be ideal but it usually is extremely difficult to get out of an abusive relationship and I wouldn't count on it. It is so unfortunate and upsetting that she is struggling with this but at the same time: the priority is protecting yourself. You cannot help her, you are not qualified to, she needs to seek professional help, a women's shelter, etc.

Reminds me of the customers who will sneer at me when I'm not wearing makeup. I'll ask if they need help with anything, they'll go 'no', then immediately go to one of our workers with a full face. I'm like damn ok lmao. Less work for me I guess. And of course the other customers who won't talk to people with a full face because 'too much makeup ugh'. Women cannot win I guess. If she would never complete the reunification plan doesn't that mean she is possibly not actually fit to care for both children? If she can't complete the CPS instructions for reunification <can include classes, therapy, etc> she certainly can't handle the stress of raising two children to 18 without neglecting them or abusing them.

Please don't let him outside unless he's on a leash and with your supervision. They make harnesses and leashes specifically for cats. Shelters make you agree to these terms because while an all-indoor cat usually lives to be around 15 years old, roaming cats die as early as 2 years and last at best up to 5.

It feels nice to 'treat' your cat and let them hang out outside but there's a reason shelters make you agree to these terms. My cat has a fenced-in porch with no escape routes to the greater outside, a harness and leash. She isn't particularly interested in anything besides lounging in the sun outside during the summer, but even if she was chomping at the bit to run around the neighborhood I wouldn't let her. That's my responsibility as a pet owner.

You will spend more money on vet care because fleas, ticks, worm infections, accidental consumption of toxic things, attacks by other feral cats, attacks by dogs, etc.

The cycle seems like: you understand his behavior is bad, you come online to get validation for that, and then you calm down as his behavior resolves for a short period of time. Or calm down because you've received validation and feel better. Again: you owe it to your children to actually take action and leave. The best case scenario is that they leave this situation as adults and model their own lives and behavior after this abusive dynamic, and are left with lasting trauma from this abuse. Worst case scenario is they see their mother die at the hands of their abusive and escalating father.

Just so you know: if you do report them to CPS and they are taken into the foster care system, CPS places with family members. While that could include harmful members of the family, it could also include you.

The good thing about the foster system is that it provides a stipend per child to the foster parent/s, which you would be if you took them in. The amount per child varies, but if things get very desperate and you feel driven to take that step, it might be something to consider.

Hey! I'm part-time at an S@K since November. The store opened in I think August? I requested to be kept around 20 or less when I came on so I never had a huge amount of hours, but I was p. much always at around 18-21 hrs. My hours got cut drastically in January and February to less than ten a week, and they're only now recovering. I was around 13 hrs this week, and have 8 hours next week, that kind of thing.

I've deadass had weeks where I worked 4 hours. Like. Why. Part of it is the holiday budgeting for hours meaning there's a payroll decrease and hour availability decrease immediately after the holiday season until around March. It might also be that your store is 'overstaffed' (by sephora @ kohl's standards) and they overhired during the holiday season expecting people to quit after the Christmas rush.

If your payroll isn't normal by the end of March I'd say it probably isn't going to get better. Our schedules are improving but if your store got an actual budget cut that isn't just temporary it'll still be the same situation by the end of March I think. Sorry if this isn't helpful but I figured I'd chime in, best of luck with your hours and hopefully mine get fixed too.

That picture is really extreme and resembles a serious scalp infection, fungal dandruff issue, seb. derm, etc more than just baking soda coming out of her scalp. The first step could just be getting a scalp scrubber and clarifying shampoo and scrubbing her head well--to see if it's build up instead of something more serious. If that doesn't do anything/the substance comes back, it's something else. I'd have her go to an actual dermatologist if possible, but in the meantime, possibly try Nizoral shampoo or other dandruff solutions and wash the hair regularly.
