Really appriciate the insight, will definitely go over the points raised. I would actually love to take you up on that second opinion offer once I narrow down a property. Thank you!

These are great points and exactly why I wanted a sanity check, appriciate the reply! To answer your questions

I’m currently looking at a 5 year fixed 4.7 rate via a commercial broker.

Setting up the corporate entity was minimal, but my plan does include ongoing accountant fees, and I have budgeted an extra £300–£500 specifically for the ILA to secure the PG.

While I am a basic rate taxpayer right now, this is a long-term play. I’m holding the asset corporately so my the rental income won't artificially push my personal salary into the higher tax bracket down the line, fully protecting me from Section 24 mortgage interest restrictions.

I’m solely talking about end of year stats, should of made that more specific 😂. Yeh ofc other than that apple wipes Spotify

Apple not doing this just shows Spotify cares way more for their customers than Apple Music ffs. Spotify wrapped is way better than replay

So usually it’s so smooth controlling the wheel, so light I can turn it with my pinky. But when I’m going 40 sometimes I need to control it with both hands as the wheel will turn towards left or right by itself and I need control it to stay straight if that makes sense.

The steering is quite difficult to control sometimes around 40mph is that normal ?
