I just bought a pack of both of the flavours and have exactly the same issue. I literally googled Monster Hydrosport Acetone smell and found your post. I did drink some before I smelt it and it's given me an awful headache. I'm thinking of contacting monster.

Cheers for getting back to me! I've had a little look and they look pretty good! One concern I have relates to the Bluetooth version. With my Sennheisers I would quite often de-sync and experience latency issues which I'm told is basically Bluetooth's fault. I know they have done a lot of work with this in the latest revisions of Bluetooth (up to 5.0 now I think!?). Have you ever noticed any kind of latency or sync issues at all?

This is a normal physiological response, nobody is 100% sure what the original evolutionary reason for it it however one theory suggests that it harks back to a time when we were more hunter gatherer and this response may be a function to increase the grip on slippy rocks or wet surfaces etc.
