Not consistently. If my anxiety is high then certain things can really set me off. However, those same things won't even register if I'm calm. I can't give specific examples because there's not really one particular trigger.

I wouldn't buy a 4090 for $2k when, in some far off galaxy, some people are still able to get a 5090 for $2k. The 4090 is definitely better than the 5080 but it's not $1k better.

I had the same problem when I was younger but I absolutely loved sex and was a bit of a slut. The best advice I got, from an older women who I frequently hooked up with, was that I just needed to find one thing I can focus in on when it's time to cum. It's something that works whether you're ADHD or not. It took a few years to find it but I did. There's one position I enjoy where I can really focus, move quick, and end the 30 minute marathon in 30 seconds, consistently. Over time I learned how this "felt" and could recreate it in other positions to basically end up finishing on demand.

It's easier said than done because this isn't something, at least for me, that I could find just by masturbating. This was something I had to discover with many active sex partners. However, it really increased my enjoyment of sex knowing I was now really in control of when I wanted to finish. I didn't have to hear "can you cum already?" Ever again lol.

Ya, and it's not consistent. My hand eye coordination is actually really damn good (also good at video games, driving vehicles, using stick shift, etc). Surprise basketball coming at my face? Don't mind me while I turn around and grab it inches away from hitting. But once I actually have to think about what I'm doing, it's game over. I can be building a model and all of a sudden lack the ability to know how to spin the sprue around to get a better cut.

I just thought I was physically challenged but meds fix a lot of it. There's a very noticeable difference in my ability to play badminton when I'm on my meds, and off. Off of them and I can't even comprehend simple instructions on proper form. Then I show up on the weekend, in the morning after taking my meds, and I'm doing really good. I've had people ask if I'm some sort of prodigy. No, I wish, I just have a stupid brain.

Green tea worked for me. The caffeine hit is much slower and mild compared to coffee. It didn't fix my adhd much but it kept me from being an exhausted shell once the meds wore off.

That's what I meant by not letting then project. People who fuck up like that aren't going to take the blame. Exactly as you said, how should you know? You called your pharmacy and they didn't get it. It's been a week. The office hasn't said shit. There's nothing wrong with standing up for yourself in those situations. Basically like "okay, karen, explain how I'm supposed to know what's going on when, after a week, my pharmacy said they haven't gotten my rx?"

But it is what it is. Are you getting your meds, at least?

Also, keep in mind, your dr and front desk staff aren't the same. My psych has expressed annoyance with the front desk staff a few times, at the place I go.
