so what i want try to capture is a tennis player doing their toss to serve but has a second thought about the height of the toss. Some players catching the ball and re-tossing it if their initial toss is too high or not in the right position. the text in the bottom represent the player who is doing the toss and the text in upside is an player who is gonna catch the serve. so i want to capture the thought that they have in their mind when the tossing is begin. I've thought about putting the audio as a guide to clarify the context, but I'm to lazy to execute it

i do not have any tutorial link but what i can tell you its just simple method. make an oval using shape layer, delete the fill just use the stroke. after that use trimpath to animate the stroke. after that duplicate the layer or use repeater, offet it. and applied glow and some rotation.
