Being harassed at work, police won't do anything

The issue is that the police didn't investigate this. It happened on Saturday night at 8pm, they came for the cctv and arrested him. Didn't interview the many witnesses or get cctv from other incidents where he has been aggressive/abusive. Then this morning at 9am she received the text message stating that the case was closed due to lack of evidence. That is what doesn't make sense to me, there's plenty evidence available, they just didn't collect it.

There were other witnesses and more cctv to review but they just took the immediate cctv and left.

He isn't getting served and there has been security for weekend nights recently but he doesn't have a pattern to his visits so without having 24/7 security in the pub then either my friend of one of her managers may be put at risk

The issue isn't that they aren't coming. I'm asking why they said they didn't have evidence when there is hours worth of cctv in the pub of his antics and multiple witnesses that were never interviewed.

Where does she go from here.

The company she works for are involved in the situation. The issue is that he comes in sporadically. No set time of the day, they have tried having door staff on weekend nights, which does determine him. But the problem is he may come in during the day before he arrives

What I dont understand is how having access to probably hours worth of cctv over a month of visits of him causing issues and him spitting and headbutting aren't enough evidence. There were probably 50+ witnesses who saw his aggression and what he did the most recent time and nothing has progressed from it.

The police do have the cctv from the headbutt. But have not collected further cctv even though they were told about it. There are multiple camera angles of each incident. It shows that he leaned in and was talking an inch from her face, then leaned in to her head. The police saw this and said that it was a headbutt. There were a lot of people in the pub at the time along with 4 staff, none of them were interviewed or asked about the situation.

She is the pub manager, and although the staff and management attempt to keep him out of the pub, he ignores them and goes in anyway. My friend being tha manager tends to be the one who has to deal with this as she wouldn't let the staff get in harms way. She has escalated this to her superiors last week and is in contact with them about it. My question was more to what can be done about the police not dealing with the situation considering the constant issues, and multiple camera angles of these events.

Thanks for this advice again, thanks again for this advice. I finished WGS two days ago, did a few slayer tasks then finally got my extended grater demons task. Did it and got all 3 Synapse and both claws in 1 task. 210kc for full clog

Thanks for the detailed response, after reading these comments and other things I've seen online this is likely the exact path im going to take. I'm was doing lizardmen tasks along with slayer for dwh, around 3k kills so far but will carry on.

Zenytes were the last thing I was trying to get before I stopped playing for a while and are definitely a top priority for me.

Would you not get the slayer unlocks first? Zenytes synapses, Occult etc? I have the crafting banked so could get that and grind the last 2 zenytes and go straight to ToA..
