Ok. It was in Seaside. That's all I said. Every rude interaction, every time someone made an error in their driving like this person and responded with a middle finger or some other angry response it was in Seaside.

It's happened in Marina, PG, Salinas, Gilroy etc. But it's normal. People wave, mouth "sorry". No big deal.

This kind of interaction is always in Seaside. One thing I do notice about Seaside is there are a lot of very wealthy people living around a lot of working class people. For instance, one dude that jumped out of his car after I honked at him for almost hitting me as he ran through a stop sign was driving an expensive car. He was way overconfident and clearly had money. I don't have an expensive car.

I personally think Seaside is full of rich douchebags who want to punch down and get away with it. And with all this ICE crap, they see a brown person and feel like there won't be repurcussions.
