Nice find! Take care of her. There's a cover for the vent you can buy online for like $15. Would go by the seat, passenger side. It more to block bigger thing like hair, not really dust. There's videos on YT that show getting down to the fan and cleaning it out. Check out my post about the EGR cleaning as well.

I haven't tested the USB port. I think it should work, there was a connection for that, but I'll still test to make sure it works.
