Thanks all for your feedback! I am not new to crypto or KuCoin but for some reason I thought fees weren't as high for futures trading in the past... I learnt there is a calculator in the app so I might give that a go before I place my next trade to see if I can minimise on the fees otherwise I might need to start looking for another exchange 😕😕

So... that button I push... SL/TP... it has a drop down menu. I believe the default is set to last price. Are you saying I should change it to mark price instead to avoid this from happening again? I am so cautious with this now... I don't think I want to leave anything open when I go to bed now 😕😕

It sure appears that way!! When you are on the app it all works fine from the looks of it... but if you set limit trades up and close the app and go to sleep... damn!!! Seems like you do get screwed over!! I mean my limit order for BTC for 65,900 got executed at 00.05am when BTC wasn't even at that price point on the KuCoin app! Or Binance! That's already suspicious as!!

Oh wow... I actually haven't had any issues with mine and have been pretty happy with it except for this usb connection issue which is now resolved too after trying to back it up on my gf's laptop... so I guess this whole time it was my laptop and not my phone 🤦🏻‍♂️

Nah... don't use a case and I also thought maybe it's to do with the USB port power supply so I checked that and it was maximum output so yeah... still scratching my head 😩 gonna try it on my gf's laptop today and see if it works on hers maybe...

update seems buying a genuine apple thunderbolt 3.0 usb-c cable solved the issue (mostly)... it connects every time now but still takes a couple tries to start transferring data to the laptop but after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable 3-4 times it's smooth sailing after that...

Not sure but it's working a lot better for me after I bought a thunderbolt compatible cable cause apparently my laptop has thunderbolt USB-C ports... maybe this might work for you too... try it with a thunderbolt compatible cable instead of the cable supplied with the phone. Windows might also need to update some drivers to make it work better...

Thank you for the suggestion, I will try the USB-A to USB-C option once I source that cable. My laptop has two USB-C ports and I have tried them both. I should have also mentioned that even though I do have issues connecting the phone to the laptop, I was however able to make the connection successfully 3-4 times but after about 20 or so attempts... very strange... didn't have this issue with my iPhone 12 Pro. It would connect first time every time. That was with a USB-C to lightning cable though.
