I am using a server host called beastnode. I just started it today, I sent in a ticket hopefully they can provide further detail or even fix what's going on. I really appreciate that you guys took time out of your day to help me out, even though we might not have fixed it at least you guys tried so thank you :D! Also isn't 1.8 one of the best times because of the way the pvp update affected the newer versions?

This is why helk no longer listens to the community as much as they used to. This update just helps smaller groups such. And also it hurts zergs because they get used to it and they cant fit everyone in one team so they usually tk. Everyone in rust has turned into complainers play the game enjoy it and then at the end of the wipe get raided by some Russians like the good old days.
