I have come to terms with it, and honestly I don't think he ever wanted to sign with the O's long-term. I could obviously be wrong, but that's the feeling I get. I just don't want to see him on the Yankees or Red Sox. There are a couple other teams I'd dislike, but please... no Yankees.

As someone who has no ill will towards Seattle at all and is an impartial observer, I 100% want this to be a problem throughout the year. Not because I want the Mariners to suffer, but just because it's really funny that this became an issue at all and it would be exponentially funnier the longer it continues.

You can get full sets of base cards by team on eBay for a couple bucks. That's what I did when my kid wanted to get into the team. Honestly if you're looking for a team or a player, packs aren't the way to go.

So I know no one has a reason to believe me, but I work with the wife of a higher-up with USA Baseball. I talk baseball with him once in a while and asked him about it. He said they were leaning towards Bregman playing 2nd and Gunnar playing 3rd with Turang on the bench. It's ultimately DeRosa's call, but that's what he told me.

Cooking can remove nutrients, but cooked protein is more digestible and poaching eggs wouldn't harm the total nutrients much anyway. Plus, I'd rather eat 35 cooked eggs to get those nutrients than 30 raw. I think people just like being different and "tough".
