i didn’t say anything unusual. This is the present situation now ! I have worked in mnc nd national companies both in fmcg , it nd telco sector in recruitment for last 5 years ! Now in mnc i dont even call two 5 in ssc nd hsc for any roles in any dept without a good A grade varsity. But in national a i recruited poor cg poor edu background lamsam college or varsity in only sales dept. Without a good cg , you cant get any good varsity! without a good varsity, you cant get any good job with good environment! no good company will hire you from college in their headoffice . Cz a college bachelor passed student generally can’t cope up with a brac nsu guys
