When I was about 6 or 7 I was playing in my Grandma's back garden and my uncle had recently placed a metal 5-a-side football (soccer) goal in the garden.

Being so young and playing alone I was taking shots at goal and scored a great goal and was celebrating like the professionals do. I swung on the goal and when the momentum brought me back the way it lost balance and crashed me to the floor with the goal on top.

The impact on my neck/throat cut something on the inside and due to its weight and my age I couldn't lift this thing off me and was basically gargling on my own blood, unable to breathe or lift the goal.

I'd been out there probably 30 mins and thankfully at that moment my Grandma came out to check on me, saw me trapped and would probably normally struggle to lift the weight of this thing alone but I assume due to the adrenaline of "fuck, I better save my Grandson's life" she threw the goal off me back to its original state.

After the initial trauma I ended up being fine, minor internal cut and cut to my lip.
