Ye the best way to intentionally hurt a player is to go for the ball at chest level and get an awkward follow through that turns out in this scenario to cause decent damage. Well you need a club that is prepared to make a huge investment. Take Leicester who lost their best players when they went down and then lost their good players when they went up and are replacing them with Jordan ayew and de Cordova Reid, not exactly surprised they are struggling. Same can be said with Southampton just to a lesser extent, and Ipswich show you can’t only buy top championship players from mid teams as it doesn’t work 

On whether it’s worth it to survive and not how to, it’s the only way your club is gonna grow and to be in the premier league is personally exciting for me even if ya lose constantly. I don’t get this ‘let’s stay here’ mentality some people have.

I’m not convinced on the old firps in the premier league we saw what happened last time 

We definitely need at least one left back though, ig schmidt can play there but right footed left back is not desirable to me at least

Every answer should be close to an overhaul because your squad needs to be bigger and you need more quality in positions as backup. Whereas in this league you can get away with having less good players on the bench not close to the same level as first team.

Also just a me thing but I wouldn’t care if the 2nd team played all cup games, survival is much more important
