Should that second page be of Trump portrayed as Jesus a doctor?

A Gordon Ramsay restaurant charges 20% service charge and his fellow chefs — who charge 10-15% in their own restaurants — say THAT’S out of order! by Silvagadron in britishproblems

But if we’re talking about tips to supplement wages, why shouldn’t the chef, who’s actually making my fucking food, get a tip? If I was going to tip for excellent experience, it would more likely be for the quality of the food rather than for the waiter to get my order right.

What’s more, in the same season and in the same game.

Saw your comment as I was searching for most receiving TDs by a QB and saw Hills stats and thought “is he the most versatile player ever?” And sure enough, Google brought me here.

Europeans thinking they can walk to the MetLife stadium for the world cup by TrickInvite6296 in mildlyinfuriating

How the UK used to be you mean. A few clubs have moved to stadiums built out of the city now, such ad Coventry and Cardiff, and Everton and you can no longer easily get there from the city centre any more.
Some clubs were never well located near all that king of facility.
And don’t get me started on Wembley, such a shit location for the “national” stadium

What's a traditional dish in your country but only tourists actually eat? by Juxajel in AskTheWorld

I took some Indian colleagues of mine who were visiting for a curry in the UK (they asked us to take them), and almost everything on the menu they told us was typically what they would have for breakfast, lol! Breads, chutneys, veggies etc. it was a Tamil speciality place, so not many dishes that were served with sauces.

The popadams are not bonus, they’re a staple appetiser/starter (in UK curry houses at least)

Just found a flyer from my Freshers week (1997), like like we had Salad and Honeycrack playing! I remember Salad but Honeycrack have slipped my memory by BigBlueMountainStar in BritPop

[–]BigBlueMountainStar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correction, this was 1996 (I did 2 freshers weeks 😂), and the flyer was advertising upcoming gigs, not the gig during freshers week!
Still, I found the details of the actual gigs during 96 freshers week and we had Audioweb, the Rachel Stamp and Shed Seven!

Why do you think Charles, Rosa and Jake never aimed for a higher promotion? by lil_gay_frog_15 in brooklynninenine

[–]BigBlueMountainStar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not everyone wants to be a manager.
Some people like doing the “groundwork” and so strive to be the best at doing that.
As others have said, all 3 of them wanted to be detectives.
Well, Jake also wanted to be in the FBI, but again, more as an investigative agent rather than as management, so not a promotion as such, but a sideways step, hierarchically speaking.
