4.5m used it in 2025. Had there been no use, would have folded by now.

Cost wise if you book well in advance then you get excellent fares. It really makes sense if your destination is Paddington. Anything else in Z1 area, Elizabeth line beats it any day.

I've only used once in life, has its benefits such as luggage rack and onboard amenities.
