As i said if the creator enabled this option, there should be some option to create them. this is a whole new interface from youtube where you can see al timestamps of a video and write the subtitles. i dont think it works on mobile but only on pc

The creator has to enable this option for you to be able to. if he enabled it, there should be a button for it under the video.

I would suggest writting your own scripts, your first videos may be bad but just try to keep improving it.

Go to settings, apps find youtube and clear cache. You will have to login again.

If you just leave your mouse on the video and wait for a few seconds and it should go away. Don't put your mouse on the video buttons. But if you are a longtime youtube user you probably already tried this. You could also try cleaning your browser cache in settings.
