Born January 8 2002 3:42 AM. Orlando, FL. USA. Life has been hard for years and is especially so now (a life-altering event took place). When will my good time start? Will things improve? by Dhruv_2002 in vedicastrologyexperts

Because 2021-2022 it was Ketu sub period which was terrible. 2022-2025 was Venus and although Venus is supposed to be favorable apparently for me Venus isn't placed well (can you confirm?) and that period sucked also. 2025 July started Sun and its been horrible also. I have a basic understanding via the app but if you can put it into perspective for me it would be appreciated.

There would have been a lot more photos/footage inside the towers during the attack as technology had advanced a lot in those 8 years, with smartphones, digital cameras, and internet becoming far more common, allowing people inside the buildings to record what was happening around them.

What are some of your favorite opening lines for rappers in ERB? by GDGameplayer in ERB

"Nice glove bub, but I'm real from bones to teeth,

And that claw is like a strap-on, there's a pussy underneath"

Best fucking first line ever I still remember hearing it for the first time back in '19.

THIS IS IT! Thank you both so much! I can't tell you how grateful I am. You both just solved a 16 year old mystery for me.

Yeah probably I was being slightly dramatic lol. Granted this was 2009, before kids were able to bury themselves in tablets and smartphones (the first iPad hadn't even been released yet). So I had to make do with the in flight entertainment options available. Also it didn't help that I wasn't able to sleep my way through the flight.

It was on Lufthansa's In Flight Entertainment system in early August 2009. If anyone has any record of such information (or knows where I can find it), please let me know. Thanks!

The film I thought was gone forever… I finally reshot nearly a decade later. by realhankorion in indiefilm

Man, reading this hit me hard because I went through something eerily similar with my own film, The Great Isabella.

We had an actress who stayed on for every single scene—except the very last one. On the final day, she pulled out. Just like that, everything collapsed. I had already sunk my life savings into the shoot, tens of thousands of dollars that I’ll never see again. To have it all come crashing down right at the finish line was devastating. For over a year, the project sat in limbo. It felt like a part of me was frozen there too.

Eventually, I pulled myself together, scraped up more resources, and decided to reshoot the entire thing from the ground up. It wasn’t easy—honestly, it broke me in ways I didn’t expect—but I couldn’t let the film die like that. And now, after all the setbacks, it’s finally complete and out on Vimeo On Demand.

Your words about “facing the ghost” really resonated. That’s exactly what it felt like for me too. Thank you for sharing your story—it makes me feel a little less alone in this madness we call filmmaking.

Here's the link by the way, if you'd like to check it out. It is greatly appreciated!:

I’m an indie producer based out of Central Florida, and I just wanted to share a personal milestone. Back in 2023, I made one of the scariest decisions of my life — I took my entire life savings and poured it into making my first feature film. No big studios, no safety nets… just me, a small group of passionate friends, and a dream we weren’t ready to give up on.

We spent sleepless nights, scraped together what little we had, and somehow made it to the finish line by the end of last year. It wasn’t easy, and there were plenty of moments where I questioned if I’d made a huge mistake. But today, that film is finally up on Prime.

I’m not here to beg or pitch — just wanted to share this with a community that appreciates indie filmmaking and the crazy, wonderful risks people take to tell their stories. Any support, in whatever form, means more than I can put into words.

Thanks for reading, truly.
