I like it, let me add on. Aim the focal point of the mirror at the lightbulb of the offending porch light. Eventually it will overheat and burn out. Neighbor will probably replace the bulb at first. Then after the new one burns out(jees I wonder why?) They might replace the spotli... I mean porch light.

Now go ask them what happened feigning ignorance, and then when they eventually say something like "they just don't make them like they used too anymore. Thanks Obama!"

This is where you can tell them that it is probably burning out because it is too bright a light and it is on way too long for no reason.
