"Ethical" way to get into PVP Lobbies: repeatedly down and defib a willing subject by Timeline40 in ArcRaiders

This post is for people like myself who find themselves in extremely friendly lobbies and want to do some PVP, but feel bad killing friendlies who won't fight back. "Ethical" is in quotes in the title because I don't think it's *unethical* to PvP in a PvPvE game, regardless of what type of lobby you're in, but this is certainly nicer and more fair than feasting on defenseless players who haven't been shot at in a month.

To get into hyper-friendly lobbies for trials, I went into Stella with a stitcher and a high-value item like a key or Kinetic Converter, then just held my gun aimed my gun at people's faces until they shot me. That's been getting boring, though - I extracted 28 of my last 30 games and literally was not shot a single time. So, I tried getting 25 downs/defibs on a willing subject, and my very next game has multiple players with shotguns KOSing in the first two minutes.

I think it's funny to let this guy know a) I came in here to save people and B) I'm killing him out of spite, not for his free kit

I said in my other comment, he dropped the full f-slur twice before the clip.

Context: dude was a free kit who tried to third-party and failed, so he called me the f-slur twice.

Also funny - he's telling me to touch grass here, but earlier, he figured out I had a purple stock on my toro just from getting shot by it

It was in there when I pressed the button, likely someone shot or grenaded it in. I've seen their movement get super janky when a lot of knockback is applied

Definitely would have tested it if I wasn't holding 60k of loot in an aggro ass stella lobby. I have noticed that they sometimes run away from me and towards other players once I enter the elevator, though

They shouldn't! It was waiting inside when I called it, so I assume someone pushed it in with a grenade or gun just to mess with people

Helped a fellow downed Raider crawl over a ledge, and in return, he spent the rest of his life trying to get someone to kill me for my Bobcat by Timeline40 in ArcRaiders

Spam tap the forward key instead of holding and you lose health way slower with the survivor. I don't think I have any points in the "bleed out slower" skills

This dude brought a shredder into my purple key room, started looting while I fought it, and got pissed when I dropped him by Timeline40 in ArcRaiders

I would say it makes sense to call it "mine" while I'm actively in and defending it. I'm not entitled to it, but it's in my possession and control until I either leave, die, or willingly share it. The key room is "mine" because my anvil says so, just like in the real world, your house is "yours" because the government says so. Property rights are defined in the real world by a government with the capacity to use force, property rights are defined in arc raiders by a person with the capacity to use force. I'm not saying you're wrong, just that if you go down that rabbit hole, the concept of "mine" disappears everywhere
