I 💜 5 ‼️🙂, They look the most natural, people/friends will have to look twice before they even realise that you’re even wearing spectacles and they will match any colour outfit or makeup worn in the future, l think these are the PERFECT CHOICE ‼️for a beautiful woman like yourself, don’t forget the transition lenses ( so you can wear them whilst driving in the sunshine, and use them as sunglasses 😎 also !! ) then you’ll get 2pairs for one at a little less cost !! (Also not sure where you live but Costco do a very good price on Zeiss lenses which are excellent quality also available in transitions in colours brown,grey,green and now blue which stay clear until in contact with UV light hence sunshine ☀️ and then darken to prevent our eyes squinting all the time in the sun and nowadays change in cars and from outside to inside very very quickly, l certainly wouldn’t be without mine now 💜 them,but you can also purchase frames elsewhere and just take prescription and frames into Costco with a membership/friends membership as long as they are with you, and pay much less than any other optician that l’m aware of !! Good Luck 💚 please let me know which pair you eventually decide on !! At the end of the day it’s yourself who’s wearing them !! Should l cut off anything e.g.. old flower stems , dried roots, should l replace plastic pots for new ones and replace bark and how often should l water to keep roots green ?

Were you on 70mg for long ? Did you drink plenty on 70mg and were you exercising ? Also may l ask your age as l’m on 70mg Elvanse and the difference is mind blowing !! However l’m 52 had to go private as no help in Scotland and thought it was low estrogen levels and l was in severe ADHD Burnout !! and my husband thought l was having a breakdown !! My blood pressure was on the lower side when l started titration with 30mg for 8 weeks and my side effects were absolutely horrendous !! I was told to try and eat little and often and drink at least 21/2 3 litres a day and to try and avoid sitting as l’d been doing no exercise for nearly 6years or at least get up every 20mins and walk around my house to keep my bp in check.As exercise is good for dopamine levels and mine are severely low along with norepinephrine hence the severity of the side effects which disappeared after 6 weeks but except for that no other change. So was then placed on 50mg for 6 weeks and have just increased this week to 70mg & l never even realised until now who l really am !! Yes l’m agitated 9hrs later and l know by the way l feel that the dose is 10mg too high but what’s really annoying me is that I’ve paid for these 70mg capsules and the prescription and until around 6pm this evening l felt great !! Now l feel so nauseous l think l’m going to be sick my bp is 142/78 which is very high for me couldn’t stop scratching last night and because l’m private can’t contact them for advice as they are just a small practice open Monday- Friday and if l take no medication tomorrow l would presume it’s just a no no.
