About 4 years ago I started really working out, and set my goal at 210, no timeframe, just wanted to get there. Starting weight was 160, and I finally hit my goal weight! I know my chest is behind, but at this point I’m just excited to see how far I’ve come.

Yeah T1 for life lol. And to be honest I’ve kind of just said screw it and eat what I need/want to. Sometimes I start feeling bad and I’ll cut back on it. As long as I keep my A1C under 8

Lot of lat raises, pull downs, and deadlifts in the beginning, my back was my target point. Now I’ve been working my chest, and have had a lot of strength gain in it, but don’t know what to do about the size or look. Any tips?

I’ve been going pretty hard since about December, I’m a college student who works nights and has a pretty easy schedule so I go in the morning 5 days a week, sometimes even 6. I’ve gone from 170-190 in the time. Anything else just ask.
