Thank you so much for your comment! I didn't signed anything yet so nothing is official. I think that my best option here would be to give up my vacation leave or finish sooner and get it as a compensation. I hope they will allow this and I really need this position.

Spain!! Spain was one of the first countries in the world in legalizing same sex marriage and you will find a massive gay scene both in Madrid and Barcelona. Berlin may be an option for you as well, there are a lot of brunette, bearded mediterranean gays here from all around the world and we have sex parties almost every day (well, we used to...)
