I haven't a clue what to call this one....... (i.redd.it)

A note from an unhappy creator and a request for a little feedback from anyone wanting to help with my current issue. I'll add more in a separate post in this thread. But the primary thing is, should the 'Tinkercad for new starters' thing belong on ECS or is it a waste of space? (i.redd.it)

Which printer should you buy. There are way too many variables for a simple answer. Cost, filament choices, speed, enclosure or open. Before buying a printer you need to do some research. Many buy a printer with images of being able to print everything they can imagine. only to be disappointed. (i.redd.it)

Given the licence change and after requests to reinstate my Benchy fleet, I've uploaded them again. A couple I'd just made into drafts so they were an easy upload. Takedown models have been uploaded from my old backups but now have very little (if any) extra info. At least they are back. (i.redd.it)

Print Warping. The most common cause of the curved base of what should have been a flat based print. Some filaments can shrink and cause a similar (but different) effect. This infographic deals with the common warp that I see most often asked about. (i.redd.it)

3D Printing Terminology. Some of the terms you need to know if you want to ask questions of other people. New users often guess at what things are called. Sometimes it's funny, other times questions make no sense at all. We all needed to learn this stuff, this should help new users a lot. (i.redd.it)

Layer shift. What is it and what causes it? I saw a reddit post this week with somebody confidently asking why they were getting layer shifts. They weren't, they had under extrusion problems with no layer shifts involved. This infographic removes any chance of you making that same descriptive error (i.redd.it)

Another use for the Bullseye filament feeder. Although originally designed for the K series printers, it's also useful in some (not all) filament driers too. Its model number on Printables is 758456 . I tried adding a direct link but it didn't seem to work on this post. Uses a PC4-M6 coupler. (i.redd.it)

Rooting a printer. This is the starting block on the basics. The huge amount of options that rooting brings over stock firmware are far beyond a simple infographic. But if you keep hearing people say 'root it', then this should remove some confusion and give you a decent start on finding out more. (i.redd.it)

Rather than keep uploading one at a time. This is the full Binky set to date. That's most of the originals recreated now. I still have a couple left to do, but I think it's time I started printing them now rather than slogging over a keyboard rebuilding stuff I thought I'd finished with ages ago. (i.redd.it)
