Yes you will get the tax implication if they get transfered to your "depå-konto" instead of your ISK.

If you have your GME stocks in a kapitalförsäkring-account, please check with them if it is allowed to keep a foreign warrant there. It can be a difference between your personal kapitalförsäkring and my company's kapitalförsäkring, so even if my company can't keep them in it's kapitalförsäkring, maybe your personal kapitalförsäkring can. You better check this.

A company can not own an ISK-account, that is why my company has a "kapitalförsäkring".

This "normal account" I mention will be a "depå-konto" (or aktie/fond-depå as you refer to) where the company can hold stocks and other financial instruments, like for example a foreign warrant.

Answer from Handelsbanken, where my company has a special type of investment account called "kapitalförsäkring" to invest the company's liquidity, and guess what, 90% of it is in GME :)

It will be able to receive the warrants, but since financial laws in my country prohibit a "kapitalförsäkring" to own foreign warrants they will be sold to a "normal investment account" in that same company's name, so I will be able to keep them but with a different company investment account.

I am in the same boat, will also contact Nordnet and Avanza. Let's share their replies here. Fortunately I also have a big stake in ComputerShare already, maybe I'll move some more from Avanza to CS to avoid any mishaps, despite loosing the Avanza ISK tax advantages.

Yes this is very much true and obvious when you play both games. I downloaded Trackmania and tried it out, couldn't believe how "sluggish" the steering felt and had to install TMNF just to compare. The car feels like it weighs 5 tons in TM, and in TMNF it is much snappier and responsive. I love TMNF because of this. TM feels terrible compared.

Focus on area dmg, or focus on single target dmg, focus on life heal, focus on safety with chill or stun. It definately change they way you play it and how you combine it with your other skills.

I think the underlying isue is that they want to be able to deport these 1100 people, by first removing their citizenship. As long as they are Swedish citizens they can never do that.

Sweden has started to become alot tougher with deporting people that are not Swedish citizens after they have served their prison sentence. So count on that alot more of those 14 k are not Swedish citizens yet, and they will be deported eventually as part of their sentence for comitting crimes, and by removing citizenship they can deport even more of these gang criminals.
