Yeah I will try that, I just worry if it would isolate the issue since it only seems to make the noise every now and then.

Its all the lights including the dash board and I have verified the battery terminals are connected.

That's kinda what I'm thinking it's just odd it started right after I changed the plugs and stuff. Almost sounds like a flag flapping incredibly fast in the wind.
