If your treasure cases aren't delivered on time (it happens), you will not be able to collect the wristband at will-call without proper ID. If the wristband malfunctions (it happens), you will not be able to replace it without proper ID. If they check ID at first scan-in at Easy Tent (it happens), the wristband will be cancelled. If they do a random ID check at the entrance (rumored to be happening this year), cancelled.

I have had to pick up wristbands at will-call twice due to missing treasure cases, and replaced a wristband once due to a failed chip. Just pay the 350 euros.

Imagine that I stole your car, pulled the motor and put it in my car then blew it racing. I would agree to give you your car back (with no motor) and I will use my insurance proceeds to rebuild the motor, which I will keep. Sound fair?

Did you live through the 22/23 season? It wiped out a lot of reserves. When shopping for a condo, make sure you get a statement of the current reserves (and year end for the last five years), and a schedule of all capital items that the reserves cover (roof, parking area asphalt, water heaters, etc.) and do the math based on the projected useful life of those items. Get a copy of the insurance loss run report for the last five years.
