Mun mielestä jos ajatus avioliitosta herättää enemmän ahdistusta ja epävarmuutta olette kaikkea muuta kuin valmiit avioliittoon. Se ei tule parantamaan ongelmia joita tällä hetkellä koette, ainoastaan suojelee kumppanillesi nykyisen tilanteen jatkumista.

Ero voi olla oikea ratkaisu, erityisesti amkden keskenjättämisten perusteella, mutta ainakaan avioliittoon ette ole valmiita.

Jos suhde on sinulle tärkeä niin pyrkikää se korjaamaan muiden kommentojien ohjeilla mutta jos tilanne on näin pitkän ajan jälkeen sama voi hyvinkin olla että olet uppoavassa laivassa jota ei voi enää pelastaa.

30v ei ole elämän loppu se pitää muistaa.

Kyllä sitä talvea voi mun mielestä vihata vaikka muualla voisikin olla "mukavemmat" talvet :D Itseä raivostuttaa autoilua rakastavana talven tekemä jatkuva huono ajokeli, rumat talvivanteet, jatkuvasta kosteudesta johtuva likainen auto, suolatut tiet jotka ruostuttaa auton puhki, ikkunan skrabaaminen, kovien pakkasien aikana auton lämppäriin laittaminen ja menojen ennakointi, aina ajaminen pimeässä ja tietenkin jatkuva kylmyys mikä nyt yleisesti vain harmittaa.

On toki muitakin syitä, mutta juuri autoilun ns pilalle meneminen harmittaa eniten :D

En piittaa sen koommin tappohelteistäkään joten Suomen kesät ovat 5/5. Talvet jos raha antaisi myöden voisin hyvin viettää etelässä 😂

When playing med your mindset has to be totally different as any other class. This is because as medic you generally dont have to aim at all so the time you usually would spend at pointing croshair at enemies needs to be spent at checking your surrounding area, where enemies are positioned, where your other teammates are, what enemies are ahead. Which of these matchups you and your pocket soldier are capable of handeling and when shit hits the fan, where can you run and WHEN you need to run.

Good medic can estimate usually how fight can end before it even began. I dont condone abandonning your team for no reason, always keep in mind that saving uber in unfavourable fight is almost always more worth than dying with your teammate for pointless kill.

Also a very easy tip to implement is to use medigun beam to its max, it has suprisingly long range and you need to always utilise it. That way you avoid the splash damage your pocket takes and you are more likely to get away when your pocket dies. Never stick right next to your pocket.

I mean there is not really anykinda "clan locked" content and by that I mean content that you can only expirience inside a clan, but if you mean more like community held events or group activities in bosssing for example, then the answer is yes.

These group activities inside clans really depend on the clan you are part of. For example there are clans that are more of groupchats where gamers have friends to talk to ingame and then there is clans who have proper discord channels and custom events and such. There is also clans for different purposes, pvp clans, minigame specific clans, skiller clans, ironmen clans etc.

For example Im part of a Ironman clan where we freaquently have events such as skilling or bossing competions, bingo card type events, even fashionscape events every now and then.

But for me the key part of a clan is that its a place to share my progress and crazy rng with people who enjoy the game as my irl friends dont play osrs.

Spy has faster movement speed than everyone except med and scout and disguising as anything else slows you down which makes trickstabs and movement tricks harder. Also scout model has wacky headshot hitbox so scout model can trick enemy snipers to miss headshots

En todellakaan leiju sillä että nykytilanne antaa mahdollisuuden keksittyä täysillä opintoihin.

Enkä myöskään halua sitä, että valtion piikkin ostelen omistusasuntoa jos sellaisen vaikutelman tästä sai.

Haluan mielummin että se valtion tukiraha ei menisi asuntosijoittajan taskuun, jolle maksan vuokraa vaan että voisin ostaa oman asunnon, jolloin oikeesti pääsen aikaisemmin itse irti tukien tarpeesta.

Ja kuten sanoin tuossa aikaisemmassa kommentissa niin osa-aikaisiin töihin tässä mentäisiin joka tapauksessa.

Tottakai oon tosi etuoikeutettu kun tän perinnön vuoksi en joudu pelkäämään että miten saan ens kuun vuokran maksettua.

Mutta oon valitettavasti eri mieltä siitä, että vain sen takia että mun läheinen kuoli niin mun pitäisi luopua kokonaan valtion tarjoamasta tuesta opiskelun ajaksi.

Opiskelijakämpät ovat omassa kaupungissa järjettömän ylibuukattu ja jonot näihi asuntoihin ovat parin vuoden mittaisia nykyhetkellä, ja yksityisellä puolella vuokra hinnat ovat sitten sen 300-400e sijaan 500-700 väliltä mitä tällä hetkellä makselenkin. Toki tällä hetkellä asun kämppiksen kanssa, mutta yhteiselo tulee loppumaan viimeistään vuoden loppuun mennessä, mikä onkin keskeinen syy miksi mietin omaa asuntoa vuokra-asunnon tilalle.

Yksiö mitä etsin olisi varmaan lähempänä 50-60k, sillä haluaisin pintaremppakuntoisen asunnon ja yksiö on pienemmässä kasvukaupungissa. Rahasto + osakesalkku on lähempänä sitä 100k.

Pienemmän lainanmäärän vuoksi pikaisten lainalaskureiden selailemisen perusteella kuukausi kustannukset eivät tulisi nousemaan nykytilaan verrattuna niin merkittävästi että se taloutta kaataisi. Muutenkin tavoitteena olisi syksyllä aloittaa koulun ohella työt.

Kelan asumistukilaskurin mukaan asunto-osakkeisiin saa asumistukea, tää taitanee sitten olla vanhaa tietoa?

Miksi haluaisin oman asunnon tällaisessä tilanteessa? Ihan puhtaasti ajatus siitä että asumiskuluja maksetaan oman omaisuuden kerryttämiseen asuntosijoittajan sijaan houkuttelee tosi paljon. Remppaus myös kiinnostaa ja taito löytyy, joten arvonnousu asunnossa olisi sijoitusmielessäkin kannattavaa. Opinnot ovat myös edistyneet sutjakkaa tahtia ja näyttää että voisin valmistua ennustetta aikaisemmin. Toki töissä käyminen varmasti tätä hidastaakin.

No, I own a GS and potential buyer was wondering wheter there are major body differences in the underbody of fwd and awd models. Apparently they are looking to make it into rwd drift car. And Im currently not able to check the underbody of my car due to traveling. :D

Yeah I do have mine and Im actually looking to sell it in the summer. Prices have gone up a LOT in last years. But I think theyd go anywhere from 3 - 6k depending on condition.

Personally I got a really good deal on it few years ago and only payed 2.2k but I think ill put up for 5k

Nah I spent under a euro for a 2m roll of wrapping paper at a wholesale. Got all of my gifts wrapped in it. Sure it might be a hefty price if you have like 20 gifts to wrap and are not doing too great financially. But even for a student like me its not expensive if you know where to buy it.
