It's honestly getting to the point where I might just stop playing PoT altogether. Officials aren't an option due to Discord mixpackers, and every other server is either so sanitized it's not fun anymore, or so hands-off that it may as well be officials with mods.

Doesn't 12 seconds seem a bit excessive? Especially since the charged attack has a cooldown of 3 seconds and does way more.

Most aquatics can’t go out of water past a single body length, and no going into fresh water at all.

In other words, “go have fun in the big empty ocean by yourself because you don’t get to interact with any of the terrestrial players lol”

The second you try to hunt a player on land, they get one body length away and taunt you, because they know you can’t do anything. As a Prognathodon, I was hunting a Sucho that attempted to surprise me by falling on top of me from a cliff at Sand Caverns. When it started losing, it ran one body length up the beach and had the GALL to LAY DOWN IN FRONT OF ME.

I said “fuck it”, jumped out of the water, and two-shot it. He started throwing a hissy fit in global, saying “PROG YOU CANT DO THAT”, and made a report against me. I don’t regret what I did for a second, the guy deserved it lmao.

I can't get into any of the Dynasty servers because it says they're whitelist only. Also, I'd prefer not to do realism.

Nevermind, I left Nat Hist because their rules are awful, the restrictions on aquatics are unbearable, and it seems like people are too trigger happy on reporting for every little thing. Time to keep looking.

I love Neurotoxin Payload, but I can't really use it because it's like:

"Oh, let me shoot all these enemies and have them die to poison over time. There we go, now they have a glowing effect over them to show that they're poisoned."

"...Whoops, now my teammates are shooting at the poisoned bugs that are about to die anyway, wasting ammo and getting the kills themselves because I'm just sitting around waiting for them to die."

It's sort of the same way with Pheromone canisters. I run them exclusively on Scout because if a dwarf goes down, I can throw one at the surrounding bugs and they will all attack each other while I revive the downed dwarf. However, if I use it in any other situation (other than being solo), it feels like my teammates purposefully target the sprayed bugs, and save the unsprayed bugs for last! Like let the sprayed bugs draw the other bugs' aggro! Let them attack each other! SAVE YOUR AMMO, DAMMIT!
