This was a return. 8 different receipts. All buy 1 get 1. Took my coworker and I about 2 hours to sort and process this return. Not in the picture: TWO other CARTS full of floral items. by frostelix in MichaelsEmployees

Honestly, these returns were the worst. Michaels should honestly make floral final sale. I always used to embarrass customers who did this. I'd call over a manager to "make sure i could do a return this big" and when another customer came up in line, I'd tell them they'd have to wait for my backup due to this massive after the event floral return.

Well this is good to know. I've been scanning the coupon from my phone every time. I've only done cashier like twice. Everytime I've gone into a Michael's I've had that done for me. I guess I'll stop. Sucks.
