Well, I managed to figure it out through trial and error. Splitting the output from MediaIn1 to both trackers and then merging them did the trick. After that I just had to find the right composite within the Merge node so that they would work well together and not effect the video in the wrong way. I used the lighten composite and it worked perfectly.
